Rosie meet her future hero on Friday at the AVP Beach Vball Tournament in Chicago this weekend, Kerri Walsh, Olympic gold medal winner. Brett got Rosie an autographed volleyball, which slept with that night:) The training is starting early...

At 8 1/2 months, Rosie is getting much more fun and like a real person. She claps (learned it from watching the British Open with Brett), waves all the time, finger feeds herself, holds her bottle, takes big girl baths and continue to use the toilet:) She cannot crawl yet - but is trying hard, she does crawl backwards and goes in circles.

At home and in the "backyard"

Dad and Rosie blowing bubbles, her latest love. There has been a debate if Rosie has said her first word: possibly saying bubbles, baseball or nothing and she is just saying ba-ba.

Rosie is very good at finger food, however some pieces are too big to swallow without chewing. Unfortunately Dad got a picture of Rosie choking on watermelon...she is fine, no worries.

She was very upset when I took her out of the pool, so she lunged into it

from the sand and just sat and splashed.

Her favorite activity, just sitting in the pool and splashing.

She would do it for hours, even if she was freezing.
