Rosie growing old...

Rosie gets very wild sometimes at dinner time. She thinks it is a game and tries to catch the spoon - with food in it, so it makes a mess. When Rosie is with dad, it becomes a free for all and is becomes very messy.

The family went to see beach volleyball in Chicago....

Sometimes Rosie sleeps in really weird positions...like on her knees.

Dad posed Rosie in her Steelers cheerleading uniform and terrible towel...but they still lost.

Rosie is crawling (on one knee) and stands everywhere...she seems like she just wants to stand. Notice her hair...she is actually getting a lot more.

Rosie also loves to watch Mom brush her teeth...so she got her first tooth brush. She sticks out her tongue and says "ahhh" so we can brush her tongue.

Rosie went to her first horse race...

She was really interested in the horses...and even won her first bet. Seriously...she pointed to a horse and brett bet on it and it won $80. She is a Cline:)

Labor Day Visit to NY

Rosie took another plane ride over Labor Day to Buffalo. She was great on the plane...but a little antsy. It was a good trip...great to see friends and family. Rosie had a bit of stranger anxiety with all the new faces, but loved Grandma and Grandpa...and they loved her.

Uncle Mark and cousin Brody...who has the best curly hair and eyes!

Rosie and Grandma having a moment...

All smiles at dinner, Rosie loved her first WNY fish fry.

Rosie and Aunt Marcia

Rosie finally let Aunt Mary hold her after 2 days!

Rosie got to play with her 2 cousins, Tyler and Olivia. Who knows why Rosie was crying...she was a bit out of sorts with that weekend with everyone staring at her:)

Olivia, Tyler and Rosie trying to pose for a picture...

Rosie with her friends Bridgette and Dom. Another posed picture gone bad...Dom looks thrilled to be in the middle between two ladies...

Rosie got a chance to take a walk with her grandparents in the great stroller my dad found...

Rosie Clapping

At 8 1/2 months, Rosie is getting much more fun and like a real person. She claps (learned it from watching the British Open with Brett), waves all the time, finger feeds herself, holds her bottle, takes big girl baths and continue to use the toilet:) She cannot crawl yet - but is trying hard, she does crawl backwards and goes in circles.

Video of Rosie Clapping

At home and in the "backyard"

Dad and Rosie blowing bubbles, her latest love. There has been a debate if Rosie has said her first word: possibly saying bubbles, baseball or nothing and she is just saying ba-ba.
Our city "backyard"...

Rosie is very good at finger food, however some pieces are too big to swallow without chewing. Unfortunately Dad got a picture of Rosie choking on watermelon...she is fine, no worries.

A better way to eat big pieces of watermelon:)

Rosie wearing her favorite onesie "I Drink Alone, The Palms, Las Vegas". A gift from her Paragon godparents, Venice and Ryan.

Day at the Beach

Rosie's first topless experience at the beach.
Actually, she was shivering, so i took her wet top off:)
She was very upset when I took her out of the pool, so she lunged into it
from the sand and just sat and splashed.

Her favorite activity, just sitting in the pool and splashing.
She would do it for hours, even if she was freezing.

In her first floatie sitting in Lake Michigan.

Chilling at the beach...

Random Pics

Rosie and her buddy Andy playing (they share Marta, the babysitter)-
they have started swatting at each other
Our friends Elisa and Chris with their boy Luke...nice enough to meet me
at the airport so I could finally meet Luke!

Brett playing dress up with Rosie while I was on a work trip...this is her rocker look -
mohawk, sunglasses and Black Sabbath onesie.

Rosie got this onesie as a gift from Brett's friend Gavin...it has special meaning to them.

Rosie and her friend Olivia up in WI, visiting our new "neighbor" Stimson...her son Ben was napping when we took the picture, but he was nice and shared toys all afternoon.
